Mackenzie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children and adults. Mackenzie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2017 from Youngstown State University. She earned a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019 from YSU. When first entering into the field, Mackenzie worked in community mental health with children in office, home, and schools. 

Ricki Martin is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with experience treating adolescents and adults. Services include individual, couples and family therapy. Ricki is trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), having 12 year’s experience using this model. She also offers Christian counseling upon request. Ricki utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in her sessions with clients.
