Anne is an independently licensed social worker with supervision designation. She has close to 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her Masters degree from the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences in 2011 and has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient, outpatient and community mental health.
She has a special interest in adults with mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and interpersonal/family issues. She comes from an insight oriented and person centered approach based on developing a strong therapeutic alliance with her clients. She uses a variety of different intervention techniques including strengths based, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral strategies depending on her client’s needs. Additionally, she feels passionately about more holistic forms of treatment including mindfulness, meditation, and yoga.
