Sally Falasca is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and is board certified by the American Board of Examiners in clinical social work. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University. For the past 19 years she has worked with adults with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment issues, mood disorders, substance abuse and relationship issues. Sally spent over 9 years working as an active duty social worker and spent over 5 years working at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Clinical Social Worker treating military, veterans and their families. She has a extensive knowledge in the unique challenges affecting active military, veterans and their families. She is an active provider in the Give an Hour program. Sally specializes in treating trauma and PTSD and was certified by the VA in Cognitive Processing Therapy and has specialized Level 2 training in EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. Sally also has extensive experience in crisis intervention and also specializes in treating emergency responders. She also provides couples and marital counseling.
