Jeremy Yardas earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University in 2008. He obtained his CDCA in November 2012. Currently, he works with adults with substance abuse and chemical dependency problems in both individual and in group settings. In treatment, he uses a Cognitive Behavior focus in addition to a Dialectical Behavior approach. This approach has been instrumental in helping clients develop the necessary abilities for effective living, healthy thought process and effective coping skills. He has also been the co-facilitator of a Dialectical Behavior Therapy group since 2009.
